KC went to Shawnee Mission West, class of 85. He then played at Johnson County Community College and Norfolk State University. His first job was managing Grand Slam USA, Lenexa, Kansas, 90-94.KC was fortunate enough to interact daily (for Spring Training prep) with as many as 40 MLB players a year while at Grand Slam. The insight he gained during that period was invaluable and lead to a career and patent for developing hitters. Kevin Seitzer purchased Grand Slam USA in 1994. That’s when it became Mac-n-Seitz.

1990 – 94: Manager and Head hitting instructor at Grand Slam USA. *Became Mac-n-Seitz.

1993 – 2011: Associate MLB Scout for Marlins, Pirates, Indians.

1994 – 96: Head Baseball coach at Brown Mackie Community College, Overland Park, Kansas.

1996 – 2011: Co-founder Barnstormers Baseball organization.

2011 – Present: KC Hitter

2013: Decided to drastically differentiate KC Hitter from other hitting methodologies and effect hitters via in-house designed, proprietary hitting systems and available outside technology. ie Hittrax, Rapsodo

2017: American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) Best of Show Award.

2019: Awarded US Patent for Hitter Development systems.

2019 – present: Opened KC Hitter @Pine Tar Park.
